"Living abroad in Japan"

As I showed you guys on my Facebook page, my boyfriend and I received a book from our friends about living abroad in Japan, and just like the title of this post it is called "Living Abroad In Japan". Though I haven't read much of it yet because I haven't had much time lately, I think that it will be very useful when time comes to the moving.

The book has several convenient parts. In the beginning the Japanese culture, history ect. is presented, and afterwards there are chapters about daily life, expenses, health, employment, banking, traveling, and locations. It seems there are so many convenient informations in this book, and it's a bit sad that there aren't any books like that in Denmark. Here there are basically just books for traveling but when it comes to living abroad, you'll have to find information elsewhere than books. It seems that American citizens can't get a Working Holiday visa (for some reason) so the book doesn't really seem to mention that option. But besides that it has all the important information.

The book tells you what you need to get before moving there and while you're living there. There's also a travel guide to those who will travel when going to Japan.

My boyfriend and I are talking more and more about living in Japan, and the dream is becoming more realistic. After this summer we'll see if my boyfriend likes the country. But I don't think it'll be a problem. Anyways, I definitely recommend reading this book if you need information about living abroad in Japan.
